All returns & exchanges must be authorized in advance before they can be processed by Just Say Hats. Customers who circumvent the following procedures risk being properly credited for their return. Unauthorized shipments forwarded directly to our corporate headquarters and in the absence of a RMA will be refused. No exceptions can be made to this rule.

Only current, first quality merchandise with its original labels may be returned for credit or exchange. Washed, worn or soiled items do not qualify for return. An assessment of the condition of the product will be made by the third party warehouse accepting the shipment and their determination will be final.

Items shipped in error on the part of Just Say Hats or that are materially defective are eligible for a no-cost return. Just Say Hats will pick up and either credit or replace the incorrect item free of charge. A Return Authorization is required to facilitate this correction.

• Freight is non-refundable.
• Sample orders are ineligible for return.
• Customized product of any kind is non-returnable.
• All return orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Guidelines for Retail Customers

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the receipt date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. To return your order simply email the Order ID and request to returns@justsayhats.com. A customer service representative will review your request and respond within 72 hours with a return authorization number as well as instructions on where to send the product.Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges as well as obtaining a return label. Remember, we are unable to provide a credit unless we can prove that the item has been received so please ship the package via a method that can be traced (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation). Once your order is received at our warehouse we will refund the amount paid, minus the shipping fees, back to the original method of payment. In the event that the original method of payment is no longer available an in-store credit will be issued to cover the charge.

Please keep in mind that it may take up to seven days for your return to be received by our warehouse. Your return will be processed within 72 hours of receipt. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Refunds

The refund will be applied to the credit card initially used to make the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your account.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed virtually the same way as returns with the following exception: Exchange orders are treated as new orders and immediate payment is required to facilitate an immediate shipment. Once the returned garment has been reviewed and processed by the receiving warehouse a credit will be issued against the original method of payment.

To initiate a return request please email returns@justsayhats.com with your Order Number and the nature of your return or exchange. A confirmation of all requests will be automatically emailed to the account holder. Our customer service team will review the request and obtain a Return Authorization Number directly from the Manufacturer. This data along with the correct return address will be emailed to the inquiring customer within 5-7 business days after acknowledgment.

Just Say Hats can only credit a return after a product has been properly received and processed by the Manufacturer. Because all credit card companies process their charges differently, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on either your account or credit card statement.
