These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of justsayhats.com (the “Site”), operated by Howe Media Group LLC under the Just Say Hats name (“Just Say Hats,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Just Say Hats

Just Say Hats is a hat discovery and content platform. The Site features hats, brands, Collections, Styles, Features, and Stories, and may link you to brands, retailers, and other third-party websites where you can learn more or make a purchase.

Using the Site

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Site may offer additional features over time — such as accounts, saved hats or searches, alerts, submissions, or comments. If and when any such feature becomes available, your use of it is also subject to these Terms.

Product and Brand Information

Information about hats, brands, and products on the Site may come from brands, manufacturers, retailers, our own research, or other sources, and may change over time. Editorial content and recommendations on the Site are not a guarantee of any product’s quality, suitability, availability, pricing, performance, or accuracy. You are responsible for evaluating whether a product is appropriate for your needs before purchasing it.

Third-Party Websites and Purchases

The Site may link to brand, retailer, and other third-party websites. When a transaction occurs on a third-party site, matters such as payment, shipping, returns, warranties, and customer service are generally governed by that third party’s own terms and policies, not ours. Brand and Other Submissions

If you submit brand information, images, or other content to us — including through Feature Your Brand — you represent that you have the right to submit it. You grant Just Say Hats a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, display, publish, and distribute the submitted material in connection with Just Say Hats, including on the Site, in email communications, and on our social media channels. Submitting material does not guarantee that we will publish it, cover it, or give it any particular placement; we may review, decline, edit, display, publish, or remove submitted material at our discretion. Submitting material to us does not transfer ownership of your underlying brand or intellectual property — you retain ownership, and we retain only the rights described above.

Intellectual Property

The Site’s original content — including Stories, written content, graphics, site design, original photography, branding, and other original materials — is owned by Just Say Hats or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial use, but may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it for other purposes without our permission. Third-party trademarks, product names, logos, images, and other materials that appear on the Site remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance on the Site does not imply that the brand endorses or is formally affiliated with Just Say Hats unless stated.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
• Submit false or misleading brand or product information
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party

Normal browsing, sharing, and indexing of the Site is fine — these restrictions are aimed at misuse, not ordinary use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Just Say Hats regarding the Site, superseding any prior agreements on this subject. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
